Day one - Let's do this again shall we?

OK, so I've basically gained back all the weight I had lost up until last fall. That sucks. And now it's time to start doing something about it again. So here is the deal. I'm going to try this 100 day approach again. I'm going to do my very darndest to stick to the following plan for 100 days. Starting today (day 100 will be June 8, 2016).
So here is the plan:

  • Eat smarter!  Basically following the eating plan for the 21 day fix. I've found this to be successful in the past and easy for me to maintain.
  • Work out at least 3 times a week, and trying to fit in 5 times a week when possible.
  • Get to bed by 11pm.
  • Weigh myself every day and record it. (today's number was 269.7)
  • Check in here every day to report/vent.
